Chicken Pasanda

Ingredients

· 32gr Butter.

· 150gr Onion Chopped Finely.

· 500gr Diced Chicken Breast.

· 2 Cloves of Garlic Crushed.

· 1/2oz Fresh Ginger Finely Chopped.

· 125ml Natural Yoghurt.

· 1/2Tsp Ground Turmeric

· 2Tsp Ground Coriander.

· 1/2Tsp Ground Nutmeg.

· Good Pinch of Cayenne Pepper.

· 125ml Single Cream.

· 25gr Ground Almonds.

· 1Tsp Garam Massala

Method

· Melt the butter in a pan & sweat the onions until they become soft.

· Add the chicken & cook until sealed.

· Add the garlic, ginger, yoghurt, turmeric, coriander, Cumming, nutmeg & cayenne pepper just cover with water & bring to the boil.

· Now simmer for 30 to 45 minuets until the meat has become tender.

· Now stir in the cream, ground almonds & garam massala then bring the mixture back up to the boil & then simmer for another 5 minutes.

· Now serve on rice with toasted almonds.
