Spiedies Ingredients
2 lb cubed lamb meat
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 medium onion -- chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
Spiedies Directions
Throw all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth. Marinate the lamb at least overnight (but a week isn't too
long). Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal. Excellent!
