Egg flower Soup

Ingredients.

  • 14oz Can of Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 Tbs Light Soya sauce.
  • 2-½ Cups of Chicken stock.
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten.
  • 2 Spring Onions Chopped Finely.

Method.

  • Put the chicken stock, tomatoes & soya sauce in a pan & bring to the boil then take it back to a simmer.
  • Add the chopped spring onions & cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Pour the eggs in gradually stirring all the time.
  • Then serve immediately.
