Ingredients.
- 14oz Can of Chopped Tomatoes.
- 1 Tbs Light Soya sauce.
- 2-½ Cups of Chicken stock.
- 2 Eggs lightly beaten.
- 2 Spring Onions Chopped Finely.
Method.
- Put the chicken stock, tomatoes & soya sauce in a pan & bring to the boil then take it back to a simmer.
- Add the chopped spring onions & cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Pour the eggs in gradually stirring all the time.
- Then serve immediately.
