Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts.
- 2 Garlic Cloves.
- 1” Piece of fresh Ginger.
- 1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes.
- 4 Tbs Plain Yoghurt
- 1 Onion Chopped.
- 2 Tbs Oil.
- 2 Tbs Massala Curry Paste.
- 1 Tbs Plain Flour.
- 3 Tbs Chopped Coriander
Method.
- Cut the chicken in to cubes & peel & chop the garlic & ginger.
- Then put the garlic, ginger, tomatoes & yoghurt in to a blender & blend until smooth then set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan & add the chopped onion & cook until slightly soft.
- Now add the massala paste & cook out for a few minutes.
- Now add the tomato mixture to the pan along with the chicken bring to the boil & simmer for 15 minutes then serve with rice & garnish with chopped coriander.
