Chicken Tikka Massala

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts.
  • 2 Garlic Cloves.
  • 1” Piece of fresh Ginger.
  • 1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 4 Tbs Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Onion Chopped.
  • 2 Tbs Oil.
  • 2 Tbs Massala Curry Paste.
  • 1 Tbs Plain Flour.
  • 3 Tbs Chopped Coriander

Method.

  • Cut the chicken in to cubes & peel & chop the garlic & ginger.
  • Then put the garlic, ginger, tomatoes & yoghurt in to a blender & blend until smooth then set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan & add the chopped onion & cook until slightly soft.
  • Now add the massala paste & cook out for a few minutes.
  • Now add the tomato mixture to the pan along with the chicken bring to the boil & simmer for 15 minutes then serve with rice & garnish with chopped coriander.
