Mint Sauce is a classic accompaniment to "Roast Leg of Lamb" for some reason this has fascinated some of my European friends. Why this is I don't know? Especially when mint is part of savory dishes not only sweet ones all over the world.

Cooking Time: How Long
Mint Sauce:
- generous handful of mint leave, finely chopped
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp boiling water
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Method:
Mint Sauce: Place the sugar and mint in a container and pour over the boiling water, stir so that the sugar dissolves. Stir in the vinegar and mix until all the ingredients are well distributed. Serve from a bowl with a spoon or a gravy boat with a spoon.
