"This package contains four mixes: American White Rye, Buttermilk Wheat, American Harvest Multi-Grain, and Anadama. Each mix makes a large loaf. SAF yeast packets are enclosed. You provide only water and butter/oil. Directions and tips for perfect bread are included. You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer. You'll love this American White Rye Bread. It's made with white rye flour for an almost sourdough-like taste. (The caraway seeds are packaged separately so you can leave those out if you prefer--it's a very mild bread without the caraway seeds.) The Buttermilk Wheat is a light wheat bread, a soft, moist, bread made with both whole wheat and white flours. The American Harvest Multi-Grain is a hearty, seven-grain wheat bread.
