Sour Cream Pie Ingredients
2 each eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup thick sour cream
1 cup chopped raisins
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 each unbaked pie shell
Sour Cream Pie Directions
Beat eggs.Add sugar,beating until light.Whip sour cream and fold
into egg mixture.Add raisins,nutmeg,salt and lemon juice. Mix
thoroughly.Pour mixture into pie shell.Bake @ 450 degrees for 10
minutes.Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes.
Serves: 8
