Impossible Cranberry-Orange Pie Ingredients
10 oz frozen cranberry-orange
1 relish, thawed
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
1 whipped cream

Impossible Cranberry-Orange Pie Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.
Sprinkle relish evenly in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except
whipped cream until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute
with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in
center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes; cool. Refrigerate at least
6 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Garnish with Whipped Cream.
