Four-Layer Lemon Pie Ingredients
LAYER
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar, heaping
5 tbsp milk

8 oz cream cheese,softened
4 oz whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar

LAYER
6 oz instant lemon pudding mix
3 cup milk

LAYER
4 oz whipped topping

Four-Layer Lemon Pie Directions
LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.Bake in
a preheated 400 degree oven until browned,8 to 10 minutes.

LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.Chill.

LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.Chill.

LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.Chill until serving
time.

Serves: 8
